• يمكن للعملاء إلغاء الطلبات خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الشراء دون أي رسوم إضافية. بعد هذه الفترة، قد يتم تطبيق رسوم إلغاء.

• الإلغاء خلال 24 ساعة: مجاني.
• الإلغاء بعد 24 ساعة: قد يتم خصم 10% من قيمة الطلب كرسوم إلغاء.

 استرداد الأموال

ستتم معالجة استرداد الأموال خلال 7 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الإلغاء. سيتم إعادة الأموال بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية.

 استثناءات

• الطلبات المخصصة أو المصممة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للإلغاء.

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل سياسة الإلغاء هذه في أي وقت. سيتم نشر أي تغييرات على الموقع الرسمي للمتجر.

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-cancelable.
